Fred Deickmann

VP, Government at United Security Incorporated

Fred comes to United Security after a 30-year career in the Middletown Twp (NJ) Police Department. During his tenure he served in various roles as a Field Training Officer (FTO), a Detective in the Criminal Investigation Bureau, a Supervisor in the Traffic & Safety Bureau and as the Executive Officer of the Department’s Emergency Services Unit (S.W.A.T).

Upon his retirement Fred was hired as the Undersheriff for the Monmouth County (NJ) Sheriff’s Office serving as the head of the Special Operations Division. In this position he was responsible for the development, coordination and oversight of the Sheriff’s Dive-Team, Marine Unit, Drone and the Rapid Deployment Force. In April of 2019 he was re-assigned as the Director of Security and Infrastructure for the county of Monmouth

Fred has achieved both a master’s degree in Administrative Science and a Certified Public Managers certification from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He currently serves as an adjunct professor teaching at the graduate level in the Human Resources Training and Leadership Development program. He is graduate of the 275th session of the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy (FBI-NA) and a certified Police Training Commission (PTC) instructor for the State of New Jersey.

Fred leads the government services security team. This team work with multiple Government agencies providing both armed and unarmed security officers as well as maintain the company status.
