Frederick Deickmann, MAS, CPM, has an extensive work history in security and law enforcement. Frederick served as a Vice President at United Security, Inc. and as Director of Security at Monmouth County Sheriff's Office. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Frederick is a member of ASIS International and has held a leadership role as Undersheriff at the Monmouth County Sheriff's Office. Prior to these roles, they served as a Sergeant First Class at Middletown Twp. Police Dept. for over 25 years.
Frederick Deickmann completed their basic recruit class at the Monmouth County Police Academy in 1987. Frederick later earned an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Brookdale Community College. Frederick furthered their education by attending the FBI National Academy for Session #275. Frederick also obtained a Certified Public Manager (C.P.M.) designation from FDU/NJ D.O.P. Additionally, they hold a Master of Administrative Science (M.A.S.) Degree and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Fairleigh Dickinson University, along with a Graduate Certificate in School Safety Administration (CSSA).
