Lisa has nearly 20 years of accounting and financial expertise and leadership experience. Prior to USI, Lisa served as the Assistant Controller for a publicly traded finance company and for the last several years was the Controller of a security company. Lisa also owned and operated two small businesses. Lisa provides accounting and financial leadership and has extensive experience in the implementation and oversight of accounting practices and strategies unique to the security industry. Lisa also has hands-on experience with mergers and acquisitions in the security industry.
