Previous roles include Director of Public Safety at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, where compliance with safety standards was paramount, and a significant tenure at Oracle Arena & Oakland Alameda County Coliseum, holding positions as Vice President of Operations, CEO, and General Manager. Mark's extensive experience is supported by military service in the United States Marine Corps and educational achievements from institutions such as the University of New Orleans and IAVM School for Public Assembly Management.
