Anukta Philip

Anukta Philip has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. ANUKTA is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at United Services Grp since August 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at the same company from January 2020 to September 2023. In this role, Anukta was responsible for overseeing the full service Property Maintenance company and managing cleaning and janitorial services for various sectors across Canada.

Before joining United Services Grp, Anukta worked at Impact Change Management Consulting Inc. as the Principal Director & Founder from June 2014 to May 2018. ANUKTA also worked at Workplace Safety & Prevention Services as the Manager Strategy Execution from June 2010 to June 2013. ANUKTA'searlier experience includes a role as the Client Services Manager at Ontario Services Safety Alliance from May 2003 to June 2010, which later merged with WSPS.

Throughout their career, Anukta has gained expertise in business transformation, enterprise resource management, risk management, and strategy execution. ANUKTA has successfully managed teams, engaged small businesses, and maintained the safety and cleanliness of various facilities.

Anukta Philip completed their education at Royal Roads University from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Masters in Leadership Studies (Systems Thinking) with a focus on Organizational Leadership.
