Holly Fish

Holly Fish has a diverse work experience in the field of mental health and community support services. Holly has worked at United Services, Inc. since 1998, starting as a Case Manager and eventually progressing to various managerial roles. In their most recent position as Division Director of Community Support Services, they oversee the Behavioral Health Home program, which aims to improve healthcare outcomes and reduce costs by coordinating physical and behavioral health care. Prior to this, they managed the Vocational Services program, supporting adults with mental health needs in employment. Additionally, Holly has experience as a Program Coordinator and Housing Coordinator, supervising case management programs for individuals with mental health and co-occurring disorders, as well as providing case management to adults experiencing homelessness. Holly also served as the Coordinator of the Shelter Plus Care program for homeless individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues. Before their time at United Services, Holly worked as a Transitional Living Counselor Supervisor at Access Agency, developing a residential program for young females in the custody of the Department of Children and Families. Holly also had a role as a Counselor-in-training at Perception Programs, providing counseling and discharge planning to incarcerated women in a work release program. Overall, Holly Fish has a comprehensive background in mental health program management, case management, and community support services.

Holly Fish pursued their education, starting in 1993, at Eastern Connecticut State University where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 1997. Following their undergraduate studies, they continued their academic journey at Southern Connecticut State University from 2001 to 2006, earning a Master of Science degree in Criminology with a focus on Sociology and Criminology.
