Joey Reynolds

Joey Reynolds is a Clinical Social Work Intern at Hope Connections Counseling since May 2022, with extensive experience as a Benefits Specialist at United Shield Life Insurance starting in June 2020. In this role, Joey serves as a subject matter expert in the Survivor Benefits Plan (SBP) and Veterans Group Life Insurance (VGLI), coaching servicemembers and veterans in navigating their benefits options. Prior to this, Joey served as a Military Police Officer in the US Army from June 2012 to June 2020. Joey holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky (2021-2022), a Master’s degree in Business & Organizational Security Management from Webster University (2015-2017), and a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from Missouri State University (2008-2012).
