Kathi Glascock

Kathi Glascock is a Benefits Specialist at United Shield Life Insurance, providing counseling and assistance in choosing the right life insurance for customers' needs. Previously, Kathi served in the United States Air Force in various leadership roles including Command Chief Master Sergeant, Commandant at Kisling Noncommissioned Officer Academy, Executive Assistant to the Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force, Superintendent of Joint Military Personnel, and Superintendent of Personnel & Resource Management. Kathi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and multiple Master of Business Administration degrees, and has completed programs in Continuous Process Improvement for Executive Leadership and NATO Command Senior Enlisted Leadership.
