Dillon Dubois

Dillon DuBois has extensive work experience in various roles within the sports industry. Dillon currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations at the United Shore Professional Baseball League, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Ballpark Operations for the same organization from January 2019 to December 2021, and the Assistant Director of Ballpark Operations from April 2017 to January 2019.

Before joining the United Shore Professional Baseball League, Dillon worked as a Turf Crew Member at Oakland Hills Country Club from May 2014 to October 2016. Additionally, they gained experience in the operations field through their role as Showcase Operations at Prep Baseball Report from September 2015 to August 2016. As a Student Intern at Central Michigan University from January 2015 to April 2016, Dillon further developed their skills and knowledge. Dillon also worked as a Baseball Operations Intern for the Bourne Braves in June 2015 to August 2015.

Dillon DuBois completed their Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management at Central Michigan University from 2012 to 2016.
