Doug Mays

Doug Mays is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the waste management and services industry. Currently serving as Director of Sales at United Site Services since November 2010, Doug has held multiple leadership roles including Vice President of Sales for the Southwest Region and Region Vice President, overseeing total P&L responsibility for Arizona, New Mexico, and Central and Southern California across 16 operating divisions. Prior to this role, Doug worked at Republic Services as Director of Sales & Marketing, where responsibilities included managing customer service, sales, and a $200 million revenue budget, positively impacting stock price through strategic initiatives. Doug's earlier positions include Southwest Regional Sales Manager at Otto Industries and Regional Vice President of Sales at Waste Management. Doug holds a degree from California State University, Northridge.
