Francisco Marcos

Francisco Marcos is a prominent figure in North American soccer, serving as the President of Soccer Management International since April 2012 and as the Founder and President Emeritus of United Soccer Leagues (USL), which has been instrumental in developing elite-level soccer leagues across North America since 1986. Marcos's extensive experience includes leadership roles at the US Soccer Federation from 1993 to 2009 and in various vice president positions within the North American Soccer League and Tampa Bay Rowdies during the 1970s and 1980s. An alumnus of Hartwick College, Marcos holds a BA in Modern Languages and Political Science.
