Steve Gummer

Steve Gummer is an experienced soccer coach and administrator with a diverse background in various leadership roles within the sport. Currently serving as the ECNL National Academy Director at Charlotte Soccer Academy since June 2015, Steve Gummer oversees operations for the Elite level program and collaborates with ECNL on program development. Gummer's expertise includes roles as a Guest Clinician for NSCAA, a National Staff Coach with United Soccer Leagues, and the Executive Director of Coerver Coaching in Georgia. Previous positions held include Executive Director of Coaching at Smyrna Soccer Club, Technical Director at Southern Soccer Academy, and Director of Coaching at Cobb Futbol Club. With a foundation in player development and a commitment to improving coaching standards, Steve Gummer has made significant contributions to youth soccer in various capacities.
