Kelsey Bohannon

Kelsey Bohannon is an experienced professional with a strong background in executive assistance and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at United South End Settlements since January 2023, Kelsey previously contributed to Mixpanel as a Diversity & Inclusion Co-op, where responsibilities included supporting Employee Resource Groups, advising on a three-year diversity strategy, and co-creating bias training programs. Kelsey's experience also encompasses internships at Organic Bath Co., Innovation Studio, The Social Innovation Forum, and Common Roots Farm, where skills in project management, event coordination, and strategic communications were further developed. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Northeastern University.
