Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at United South End Settlements (USES) spearheads the organization's strategic direction and oversees the implementation of its mission to support family economic mobility. Comprised of the President & CEO, Chief Development Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Program Officer, the team collaborates to ensure the effectiveness of coaching, workforce development, and enrichment programs, while also securing funding and community partnerships to sustain and expand USES' impact.
