Keenan McRoberts

Executive Vice President, Strategy at United Soybean Board

Keenan McRoberts has over 20 years of work experience. From 1990 to 2001, they worked as a Farm and Ranch Hand at McRoberts Game Farm and a Manager at the Exotic Bird Business. Keenan then joined the Peace Corps from 2001 to 2005, where they held the roles of Technical Agricultural Specialist and Agricultural Extension Educator. In 2006, they joined Cornell University as a Graduate Researcher, Facilitator, and Instructor, and also worked as a System Dynamics Model Evaluator. From 2009 to 2015, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant, and a Research Scientist and Co-Owner at Applied Agricultural Solutions. Keenan then joined the American Soybean Association - World Initiative for Soy in Human Health as a Business Development Consultant in 2016. In 2017, they were the Director of Global Strategy and Business Development and the New Business Development Manager at the American Soybean Association - WISHH Program. Finally, they joined the United Soybean Board in 2018, where they currently hold the roles of Vice President, Science and Program Strategy and Vice President, Meal Strategy.

Keenan McRoberts attended Cornell University from 2009 to 2015, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Animal Science. Keenan also attended Cornell University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Master's Degree in International Agriculture and Rural Development. Prior to that, they attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biochemistry.
