Josie Byzek has extensive experience in the field of communications and digital experience. Josie started their career as a Systems Change Coordinator at the Pa. Coalition of Citizens with Disabilities, where they oversaw and coordinated advocacy efforts. In 2021, Josie took on the position of Director of Operations for New Mobility magazine, where they reorganized the team and implemented a hybrid project management model to drive efficiency and prepare for growth across digital platforms.

Most recently, Josie served as the Digital Experience and Content Director at United Spinal Association, focusing on enhancing the organization's digital presence and user experience.

Josie Byzek obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and creative writing from Carlow University.
