Andy Baxley

Andy Baxley is an experienced logistics and supply chain professional with a career spanning over two decades, primarily within the US Army, where roles included Senior Logistical Manager and Chief, Installation Supply Division. Currently serving as Chief, Installation Supply Division, Andy supervises supply and services at APG MD and oversees ammunition logistics. Previous experience includes positions at Cruz Associates, Inc. and SOLKOA Inc., as well as significant roles in property and supply management within specialized Army units, including the United States Army Special Operations Aviation Command. Andy holds a foundation degree from Johnston Community College and has a diverse background in logistical operations, equipment accountability, and procurement.
