Colleen Krepstekies

Colleen Krepstekies currently serves as a U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, fulfilling the role of Chief of Operations and Actions for the U.S. Army since November 2024. Previously, Colleen held positions as a Civil Affairs Officer at the Joint Special Operations University and SOCAFRICA, where responsibilities included instructing and advising on civil affairs operations and planning significant international conferences. With extensive experience in communications, Colleen served as the Associate State Director for AARP Florida, advocating for older adults, veterans, and military communities. Earlier roles include Legislative and Cabinet Affairs Director and Public Affairs Manager for the Florida Department of Veterans' Affairs, showcasing expertise in public outreach and legislative advocacy. Colleen's educational background includes a Master's degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Tampa.
