Jeremy Kerr

Jeremy Kerr is an experienced Senior System Administrator with a current role in the US Army, overseeing a data section of 18 soldiers and managing data flow for 1600 end users since January 2010. Prior to this, Jeremy served at Insight from October 2014 to May 2023, where responsibilities included being the first Real-time Call Queue Manager, overseeing a workforce management department for over 130 associate agents, and providing technical support across multiple clients. Additionally, Jeremy worked as an IT Support Assistant at Rite of Passage, where curriculum and tests were developed for a Comptia A+ Certification Course aimed at helping at-risk youth. Currently, Jeremy is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in CyberSecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, expected to be completed in November 2024.
