Matthew Russell

Matthew Russell has extensive experience in tactical communications and management within military environments. Currently serving as a Fellow at The Honor Foundation since February 2024, Matthew continues to leverage skills developed over a long tenure with the United States Army, including a role as Senior Tactical Communications Expert/Advisor at the United States Army Special Operations Command since February 2013. Additionally, Matthew has held positions as Senior Tactical Communications Subject Matter Expert and Senior Spectrum Manager, overseeing frequency resource management for over 2000 personnel. Matthew is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Arizona State University, expected to be completed in May 2026.
