Plans Analyst And Program Manager

Robert Phillipson has extensive experience in the US Army, serving in various leadership and analytical roles since 2003. Currently, Phillipson functions as a Plans Analyst and Program Manager, overseeing nearly $4 billion in programmed construction in the Republic of Korea. Previous positions include Deputy Chief of Staff and Garrison Executive Officer, where Phillipson translated emerging concepts into viable doctrine. Notably, Phillipson served as Executive Officer of the 82nd Engineer Battalion, managing operations for 600 soldiers and an operating budget of $1.2 million. Phillipson holds a Master of Engineering in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from the University of Missouri Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of New Mexico, alongside an Associate of Arts in General Studies from the New Mexico Military Institute.
