Jana Johnson

Jana Johnson, SPHR, currently serves as the Compensation and Benefits Manager and Human Resources Manager at Franz Family Bakery since October 2020. Prior to this role, Jana worked at NWEA as a Senior HR Business Partner from July 2019 to October 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at Boyd Coffee Company from October 2009 to July 2018, specializing in coffee roasting, manufacturing, and distribution for the foodservice industry. Jana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Portland State University.
