Chieko Noguchi

Chieko Noguchi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications and public affairs. Currently serving as the Executive Director at the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops since September 2019, Chieko has previously held significant positions, including at the Archdiocese of Washington in the Office of Communications from February 2009 to August 2019, and as an Account Supervisor at Porter Novelli from October 2005 to February 2009. Other notable roles include an Associate position at the White House Writers Group and a Public Affairs role at Ketchum. Chieko began a career in public service as the National Travel Operations Director for Speaker Newt Gingrich from February 1995 to December 1998. Chieko holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from American University and attended Marist School.
