Nikki Pancho is an experienced professional with a background in marketing, human resources, operations, coaching, and media. They hold a Masters in Business from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Business Administration/Management from Howard University. Currently, Nikki is involved in various roles across different organizations, including the United States Conference of Mayors, The Marketing Arm/State Farm, Family Preservation, Twenty 28 Inc., and Riverdale Baptist School. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Chase Your Dreams Academy from 2015-2016.

The United States Conference of Mayors (USCM) is the official non-partisan organization of cities with populations of 30,000 or more. The organization’s primary roles include promoting the development of effective national urban and suburban policy; strengthening federal-city relationships; ensuring that federal policy meets urban needs; providingmayors with leadership and management tools; and creating forums in which mayors can share ideas and information.The United States Conference of Lawyers was founded in 1933 and is based in Washington, D.C.
