Mandy Shoemaker is a seasoned professional in education and training, currently serving as the Director of Education and Training at the United States Courts since June 2020. With a robust background in higher education, Mandy has held multiple leadership roles at the University of Cincinnati from December 2013 to June 2020, including Director of the Women’s Center and Assistant Director for various programs. Prior experience includes the role of Law Registrar at the University of Arizona's James E. Rogers College of Law and Associate Director of Academic Options and Records Management at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Mandy holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Integrated English/Language Arts Adolescent Education from Miami University.
