Logistics Manager at United States Cyber Command

Erica Pearson has a strong background in logistics and project management. Erica served as the Logistics Manager at United States Cyber Command from August 2014 to the present, where they held the role of Senior Enlisted Leader and Government Purchase Card Approval Authority. In this position, they managed all logistics aspects, including project management and acquisition plans, and developed and documented project requirements, schedules, and deliverables.

Prior to their role at United States Cyber Command, Erica worked at United States Transportation Command from August 2004 to August 2008 as a Defense Courier. In this role, they were responsible for property accountability with classified and sensitive materiel control and management capabilities. Erica conducted routine inventories, transfer, and disposition processes, and managed reports, transactions, and self-inspection to ensure 100% accuracy.

Erica Pearson earned their Associate's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Community College of the Air Force, where they studied from 1994 to 2001. Erica then went on to complete their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Trident University International from 2008 to 2011. Erica continued their education at Columbia Southern University, earning a Master's Degree in Project Management from 2011 to 2016.

In addition to their degrees, Erica Pearson has obtained several certifications. Erica earned a Project Management Certificate from the Air University Air Force Institute of Technology in 2015. In 2014, they obtained a Life Cycle Logistics, Level II certification from the Defense Acquisition University and a Master's Certificate in Government Contracting from George Washington University. In 2013, Erica also earned a Professional Manager Certification from the Community College of the Air Force.
