James Gagliardi

James Gagliardi has over 18 years of experience in various roles related to quality assurance and testing. James currently works at the United States Golf Association (USGA) as a lead QA analyst, where they oversee testing efforts for different projects, including the Resource Management application and the Data Services project. James also supports the mobile testing effort for multiple applications with a large user base. Prior to their current role, James worked at Verizon Wireless as a release certification engineer and at Dow Jones as a lead product testing analyst. James also has experience at ALK Technologies and Factiva, where they held roles as a quality assurance analyst and a product testing analyst, respectively. James has a strong background in managing testing strategies, supervising consultants, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

James Gagliardi obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Media Studies from Sacred Heart University in the years 1995-1999. James also holds various certifications related to agile testing, improving focus, saying no, managing office politics, software quality assurance, software testing/quality assurance, test automation, and working with difficult people, which were obtained from LinkedIn in the year 2019.
