Justin Smith

Justin Smith is an experienced quality assurance professional with a diverse background in the tech and service industries. Currently serving as QA Test Lead at the United States Golf Association since January 2023, Justin previously held the role of Quality Assurance Manager at NuBrakes and worked at FanDuel in various capacities including Quality Engineer and Software Tester. Earlier experience includes positions at Bellhops, where Justin contributed as a Technical Support Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, and Product Quality Analyst Intern. Justin began the career at Lamp Post Group as a Web Development Apprentice and also served in customer support roles at Bellhops. The career started in customer service as a Lifeguard at Williamson County Recreation. Justin holds a degree from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, completed in 2017.
