Kelly Scott

Kelly Scott is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Research and Development at the United States Golf Association since July 2016. In this role, Kelly has focused on golf-related research to enhance equipment testing capabilities. Prior experience includes positions at PRO Unlimited as a Contract Manufacturing Engineer, where work instructions were developed and process improvements implemented, and at Briggs & Stratton as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern. Kelly’s early career involved customer service roles at Erin Hills Golf Course and Songbird Hills Golf Club, where skills in customer relations and operational management were honed. Kelly holds Bachelor's Degrees in Engineering Mechanics and Astronautics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
