Stephen Boyd has demonstrated extensive leadership and strategic direction throughout a diverse career spanning several decades. As Chairman of Manufacturers Reserve Supply Inc. since 1979, Stephen Boyd has been instrumental in maximizing company profits and establishing key objectives and policies. In addition to this role, Stephen Boyd has served on the boards of the Pennsylvania and Indiana Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Companies and ILM Group, holding significant positions including Chairman of the Executive Compensation Committee and Chairman of the Audit/Nominating Committee.
