Kristin Mastroserio (Cion)

Kristin (Cion) Mastroserio, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Kristin is currently the Director of Human Resources at United States Luggage Company, LLC since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Talent Management at Sharestates from October 2021 to February 2023. From December 2016 to October 2021, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at PrePaid Ventures, LTD. In this role, they reported directly to the CEO and CFO/Compliance Officer, overseeing all HR functions and responsibilities such as employee relations, benefit management, and regulatory compliance. Before that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at WorldNet International from November 2012 to September 2014, where they played a significant role in building the HR department from scratch. Kristin also gained experience as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at The NPD Group from January 2011 to August 2011, responsible for full-cycle recruitment and partnering with HR business partners and hiring managers. Kristin started their career at Arbor Commercial Mortgage, where they served as the HR Manager from July 2005 to January 2009, overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, policy administration, and employee development and training.

Kristin (Cion) Mastroserio, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Communications from the University at Albany, SUNY. In February 2020, they obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
