Bill Paape

William (Bill) Paape has extensive experience in transportation planning and operations, having served in various leadership roles at USDOT/Maritime Administration and US Army Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command. With a background in Cultural Anthropology, Procurement and Acquisitions Management, and Strategic Studies, Paape brings a unique perspective to their work. William (Bill)'s leadership roles include Director of the Inland Waterways Gateway Office and Director of the SDDC Enterprise Support Office, where William (Bill) conducted transportation planning for contingency operations.
