J Ledlie Klosky

J Ledlie Klosky has an extensive background in Civil Engineering, with experience as a Professor at the United States Military Academy, as well as serving in various academic and planning roles at different institutions. Ledlie holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech. Currently, Ledlie is a Planning Board Member for the Town of Cornwall.
