Alanna Flax-Clark

Athlete Services Education And Grant Specialist at United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee

Alanna Flax-Clark currently serves as the Athlete Services Education and Grant Specialist at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, overseeing grant allocation and educational networks for Team USA athletes since 2017. With extensive experience as an athlete, training for the 2024 Paris Paralympic games and past roles in athlete services and engagement, Alanna has developed significant expertise in grant processes and DEI resources. Alanna has also contributed to the disability inclusion efforts at organizations like RespectAbility and the Cerebral Palsy Foundation, while participating in various initiatives as a model, public speaker, and educational consultant. Alanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Psychology from Rhodes College, a Master's degree in Special Education from Simmons University, and several certifications in related fields. Alanna is set to expand leadership capabilities through an upcoming program at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth.
