Alex Szablewski

Alex Szablewski serves as the Associate Director of Sports Medicine and Clinic Operations at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee since July 2023, overseeing operational staff and providing strategic financial support. Prior to this role, Alex held various positions at USA Shooting, including Director of High Performance, where strategic planning for elite athlete development was emphasized, and Interim Chief Operations Officer, focusing on operational compliance and workflow optimization. Additional experience includes managing events and competitions across several sports organizations, exemplified by roles at USA Football and The Ohio State University, alongside internship experiences in ticket sales and sports analysis. Alex holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Industry Management from The Ohio State University and completed executive education at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth in February 2023.
