Cullen Jones Oly

Cullen Jones OLY serves as the Associate Director of Athlete Marketing at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee since August 2025. Additionally, Cullen has been the CEO of Sprint41 since January 2009, specializing in motivational speaking that connects sports and business with notable clients such as McDonald’s and Nike. As a coach and clinician at Life Time Inc. since March 2019, Cullen also leads drowning prevention initiatives as a motivational speaker for Phillips66 and the USA Swimming Foundation since 2009. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Sports Marketing and Philanthropy at Speedo and Development Manager at Novant Health Foundation, alongside experience as a professional athlete for various brands. Cullen holds a degree in English with a minor in Psychology from NC State University and graduated from Saint Benedicts Prep.
