Jenny Ryan, CMP has extensive work experience in various roles within the sports industry. Jenny began their career in 2013 as a Regional Sales Trainee for the George DeLallo Company and later worked as a Logistics Coordinator for The WEBstaurant Store. In 2014, they joined the United States Olympic Committee as an Athlete Career and Education Services Administrative Assistant before becoming a U.S. Paralympics Emerging Talent Identification Intern. In 2016, they transitioned to USA Triathlon as a Sport Development Coordinator, where they played a crucial role in the development and coordination of programs supporting the growth of multisport disciplines. Since 2017, Jenny has been with the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, initially serving as an Operations Coordinator before taking on roles such as Manager of Paralympics International Relations & Events and Manager of U.S. Paralympics Cycling. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director of Para Cycling Sport Operations. With their versatile experience in sports operations, development, and coordination, Jenny Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their role.
Jenny Ryan, CMP, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business with a concentration in Accounting and Spanish Language from Grove City College. Jenny attended Grove City College from 2009 to 2013. In 2020, Jenny Ryan obtained the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification from the Convention Industry Council. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Youth Sports Administrator from the National Alliance For Youth Sports.
