Rachel Martin

Rachel Martin is an accomplished professional in sport operations and administration with extensive experience at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee since April 2013, where roles included Manager of Sport Operations and Sport Business Operations. Responsibilities encompassed managing NGB grants, strategic planning, overseeing sport sciences operations, and supporting divisional leadership in sports medicine. Additionally, Rachel has coaching experience at both Air Academy High School and The Classical Academy, fostering athlete development and a culture of sportsmanship. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Sport Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a recent Management Essentials program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
