Rich Caruso

Rich Caruso has a diverse work experience in the field of security. Rich is currently serving as the President of the United States Secret Service Association since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Security Consultant since May 2012. Rich also served as the President of the Association of Former Agents of the United States Secret Service from October 2019 to October 2021. Their career started in 1979 when they worked as a Police Officer for the Glen Ridge Police Department. Rich then joined the United States Secret Service in 1983, where they held the position of Assistant Special Agent in Charge Vice Presidential Protective Division until 2005. From 2006 to 2012, Rich worked as a Special Agent for the Department of Homeland Security.

Rich Caruso attended Dominican College of Blauvelt from 1971 to 1975, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting.
