Jay Moore currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and a Director at the United States Senate Federal Credit Union, where involvement includes participation on the Supervisory Committee and the Information Technology Advisory Committee. Previously, Jay Moore held various roles at the U.S. Senate, culminating in the position of Director of Technology Development Services, overseeing a large team responsible for enterprise IT support. Prior to that, Jay Moore managed systems development as the Manager of Systems Development Services. With a military background as a Colonel in the U.S. Army, Jay Moore specialized in Information Systems within the Signal Corps. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, both from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
