Josef Martens

Josef Martens Ph.D. currently serves as the Director and Chair of The Supervisory Board at the United States Senate Federal Credit Union since August 2021. As the Founder and Chief Mentor of the Tech Executive Club since February 2020, Josef Martens brings together technology leaders to address leadership challenges. In addition to being a Keynote Speaker and Strategic Advisor at Katalysor LLC, where engaging keynote topics focus on leadership and innovation, Josef Martens also holds the position of President and Forum Leader at Renaissance Executive Forums, facilitating peer-to-peer groups for tech executives. Josef Martens has previously contributed to various organizations, including the Department of Veterans Research & Development Scientific Merit Review Board, Parsec LLC, and Global Links UK Ltd. Early in the career, Josef Martens held roles at Daimler, Deloitte, and Cambridge Display Technology Limited. Academic credentials include a PhD and M.Phil. in Physics from the University of Cambridge, complemented by earlier studies in Physics at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
