Matt Crocker

Matt Crocker is a seasoned football executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the sport. Currently serving as the Sporting Director for the U.S. Soccer Federation, Matt has previously held positions such as Director of Football Operations at Southampton Football Club and Head of Development Teams (Coaching) with The Football Association. Additionally, Matt served as Academy Manager at Southampton Football Club and worked as a Youth Development Monitor with the EFL (English Football League). Matt's educational background includes a Bachelor's and Post Graduate degree in Sports Coaching and Physical Education Teacher from Cardiff Metropolitan University, completed from 1994 to 1998.
