Matthew Muia

Matthew Muia is an experienced equipment manager and soccer coach with a diverse background in soccer operations and coaching at various levels. Currently serving as an Equipment Manager for the U.S. Soccer Federation since February 2020, Matthew works with the Youth National Team system and has been part of the Women's National Team staff since October 2024. Matthew has also held coaching positions, including Head Soccer Coach at MOBA Soccer Academy and Head Coach for the Elite Training Program at Weston Select Soccer Club. Previous experience includes soccer operations at The Miami FC and coaching roles at Southeastern Louisiana University, Florida Atlantic University, and the University of Georgia. Matthew holds a Master of Education in Sports Administration from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education from the University of North Georgia.
