Erik Schultz

Erik Schultz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electromagnetic warfare and operations management within military contexts. Currently serving as a Space Electromagnetic Warfare Subject Matter Expert at Sigmatech, Erik supports the US Space Force's mission for electromagnetic spectrum superiority. Additionally, in the role of Director of Operations at the 380th Electromagnetic Warfare Squadron, Erik oversees operational readiness and team development. Previous positions include Chief of Operations Support Division at the NRO Operations Center, where Erik led a team in training and multi-domain operations, and Chief of Exercises and Evaluations Branch, focusing on training objectives for the NRO. Erik's educational background includes a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Georgetown University and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University, complemented by leadership training at various military colleges.
