Jason Laboy

Director Of Operations at United States Space Force

Jason Laboy has extensive experience in the military, particularly in the space and missile defense sectors. Jason served as the Director of Operations for the United States Space Force, where they were responsible for coordinating service support and integration into the National Exercise Program. Prior to this role, they worked for the United States Air Force in various positions, including Deputy Chief of Standardization and Evaluation, Flight Commander, ICBM Combat Crew Assistant Flight Commander, ICBM Combat Crew Commander, and ICBM Combat Crew Deputy Commander. In these positions, they commanded missile crews, oversaw operations of satellite constellations, and advised commanders on crew force readiness.

Jason Laboy earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Space Studies from the Florida Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, San German Campus from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, they hold certifications from the United States Space Force and the United States Air Force in Space Based Infrared Systems (SBIRS) Block 10 Satellite Operations and Minuteman III ICBM Rapid Execution and Combat Targeting (REACT-A) Weapon System respectively.
