Joe Vielma

Joe Vielma is a skilled professional with extensive experience in security architecture and network operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Security Architecture & Detection Engineering and previously holding roles such as Lead in Enterprise Security Architecture and Security Operations Center Lead at the United States Space Force since July 2021, Joe has demonstrated expertise in the field. Prior experience includes leading Network Operations Support and serving as Senior Network Operations Center Lead at DISA from May 2018 to July 2021, as well as various positions within the United States Air Force from September 2010 to May 2018, including Network Operations Center Lead. Joe holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Information Assurance from Liberty University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Regis University. Additionally, an Associate's Degree in Electronic Systems Technology was earned at the Community College of the Air Force.
