Michaela Bernini

Michaela Bernini is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Civilian Personnel Officer and Flight Chief with the United States Space Force since December 2019, where responsibilities include staffing, recruitment and placement, and employee relations. Prior to this role, Michaela was a Human Resources Assistant with the United States Air Force and held positions at AFSC/Magellan Federal as a Military Pay Specialist and at the United States Department of Defense. Michaela is pursuing advanced education at AU Global College of PME/Arizona State University in Military and Strategic Leadership and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Franklin University, along with an Associate's degree from Everest College-Colorado Springs.
