Ronald Kemker is a distinguished professional currently serving as an Air University Fellow at the United States Space Force since April 2021, where responsibilities include directing hybrid-learning courses at the Global College of Professional Military Education. Kemker holds extensive experience in defense and aerospace, including roles as Deputy Chief at Space Systems Command, Chief of various branches focused on radar payloads and processing applications at the NRO, and intelligence analysis at the NASIC. With a PhD in Imaging Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and multiple degrees in engineering from Michigan Technological University, Kemker has been involved in advanced military satellite communications and innovative engineering solutions. Additionally, Kemker is pursuing a Master of Military Operational Art and Science with a focus on Joint All-Domain Strategy at the USAF Air Command and Staff College.
