Stephen Hart has extensive experience within the United States Air Force and the United States Space Force, serving in key leadership roles since 2001. Currently, Stephen holds the position of Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Plans and Programs at the United States Air Force and serves as the Deputy Director of Strategy, Requirements, Plans and Programs at the United States Space Force. Previous roles include Chief of the War Planning & Policy Division and Director of Staff for the United States Air Forces in Europe, leading significant divisions and guiding strategic military operations. Stephen led the 617th Air Operations Center in Africa and managed various operations support units, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning and resource allocation. Stephen's educational background includes master's degrees from both Air War College and Webster University, along with a bachelor's degree from California State University, Fresno.
