Eric Small

Eric Small is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Network Administrator III at United States Steel Corporation since August 2018, Eric previously held roles including Field Support Analyst III and Support Analyst IV at PPG Industries, where expertise in troubleshooting IT solutions and improving processes was demonstrated. Eric has also worked as a Security Analyst, managing Active Directory access and permissions, and as a Local Support Technician at Alcoa, providing hands-on IT support. Additional experience includes roles in publishing analytics and helpdesk consulting. Eric holds an MBA in Data Analytics from Point Park University and a BS in Information Systems from the University of Mount Union.
